Refund Policy

14 days, no questions asked. If a tool is not what you expected, email us within 14 days of purchase and you get your money back in full. You do not have to explain why, and you do not have to send anything back — these are downloads, so there is nothing to return.
1. How to ask
Email [email protected] from the address you bought with, or reply to your Gumroad receipt. Include the product name. That is the whole process — there is no form.
2. How long it takes
We action requests within 2 business days. Refunds are issued by Gumroad, the seller of record, back to your original payment method. How quickly it appears on your statement is your bank's timing, typically 5–10 business days.
3. What you keep
Nothing is remotely disabled. The files stay on your computer. We ask that you stop using a refunded tool, but that is a request, not a technical lock.
4. Free tools
Nothing to refund — they are free. If a free tool is broken, tell us and we will fix it.
5. Your statutory rights (EU / EEA / UK)
Consumers in the EU, EEA and UK have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content, which can be waived at checkout when a download starts immediately. This policy gives you the full 14 days regardless of whether that waiver was given, so you are never worse off than the law provides. Nothing here limits your statutory rights.
6. Fair use
We do not track refunds against you or keep a list. If someone repeatedly buys and refunds the same tool, we may decline future sales to them — that is the only limit, and it has never been used.
7. Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version appears here with a new date above. The policy that applies to your purchase is the one published on the day you bought.
